What you can expect when we are in your home or your parent’s home.
Short answerChayce uses its own DBS-checked team, holds goods in transit and public liability insurance, and sets out the insurance cover in the service agreement before any move begins. Clients, and the family members helping them, can contact us by phone or email, including to make a complaint.

A later-life move means people coming into a home that has often been lived in for decades, and handling belongings that matter deeply. It is reasonable to ask who is coming, how they have been checked and what happens if something goes wrong.
The people who work in clients’ homes are DBS-checked to Enhanced level, including the barred list check. We use our own vetted team, not unknown subcontractors.
Every removal is fully insured against loss or damage in transit. We hold goods in transit and public liability insurance, with details in your service agreement before the move begins.
If someone holds a Lasting Power of Attorney or helps make decisions, tell us at the start so decisions are made by the right person.
