# Chayce Properties

> Chayce Properties is a moving, downsizing and relocation service based in Northampton, UK, designed with older people in mind and open to anyone, founded in 2026. One dedicated coordinator manages every stage of a move: sorting and decluttering, packing, removals, estate agent and solicitor liaison, storage, and settling-in support. Services are designed with older people and their families in mind, and are open to anyone who wants a fully managed move. Chayce arranges moves across the UK and is not a network of local branches.
